I had purchased Aqua Soft Ro water purifier system at Jabalpur few months back.It’s not even an year of purchase.The product is still under warranty.I am facing some problem regarding the UV light as it is not proper.For at least two months I am regularly calling the conern people.But no one has come yet.Previously they were misbehaving on phone.Now as when I called their senior who had installed the product even then no one came even once to see atleast.It’s almost one weak when I spoke to the senior person.
