Name of company/service: Vodafone callertune

Hey i had a complaint regarding the telecom company vodafone that company had given wrong number for checking gprs balance due to which the callertune service was activated and 30Rs were deducted directly i dont know why is these company doing like this please solve my problem as soon as possible my no9923516730
