DEAR SIR,
I am a customer of Tata Sky Service in kalyan.ID NO.1020923775 Three days before i launched a complaint “that my set top box in not recieving signals ” at tatasky customer care. Since then they are giving me assurity that they will solve my problem well the same evening. They gave me
several SMS in this concern. But aftr giving quite 30 to 50 calls they are send a person ajay shriwastav initially who was not able to locate the problem. Today he came again and said that disk have been misplaced so new disk has to be installed Sir, inspite of us ready to pay the amount the disk the above said person refused to solve the problem sir i request you to look into matter and take necessary action
to solve my problem at earliest.
