About unwanted balance deduction

Name of company/service: Tata docomo

Sir/Madam
I am Gaurav J Patil. I am Tata docomo user having mobile no. +91-8149084411 form last 4-5 years. I want to complain about the unwanted balance deduction from my prepaid account yesterday. On yesterday 10 Sept 2012 I subscribed internet pack of Rs. 5 for 50MB, 3G data usages at 11.45 PM by dialing *141#; after subscribing that pack my balance is Rs. 198.I also get conformation massage from TATA DOCOMO; that your service pack is activated. Then I start browsing and after completion in only using below than 50MB data in only 9-10 minutes I stop internet at 11.55 AM. Then instantly I checked my mobile balance which is only Rs. 19. So my total balance was deducted is around Rs 179 even I subscribing service pack. I complain for the same to Tata docomo customer care service, but they are not register my complain for the same. So I want my deducted balance as early as possible through your kind support.
