About the wrong information given by customer regarding the sms service

Name of company/service: Vodafone

Hey i had lodged a complaint regarding the wrong information given by the customer when i called him to ask the customer care regarding the blackout days in November then he told that u will have blackout day on 13November so i made a sms pack of rs6 for which we get 80sms on 12November then when i sms my friends on 12November the balance was deducted from my main account and total of 48rs were deducted wrongly if there was also a blackout day on 12nov then why did u activate gprs on my no u would have told me that today is blackout day but no u cant tell that because u wanna loot the customers this has happened on 9923516730 and my alternate no is 7276879866

    But like other companies u dont have any ussd for seeing blackout days like docomo and reliance has so i contacted customer care one week ago for blackout days then why did he told me that 12nov was a blackout day we are not idiots or stupids to do sms of 48 rs and if 12th was a blackout day then when i activated sms pack on my no then u should have told me that 12 was a blackout day so u will did not get benefit but no hum yaha gadhe nahi baithe mein consumerforum me hi milunga abhi apko 48 rs ki wajah se 5se 10,000 ka loss karwaunga aur portability ka procedure bataiye bat karni hai to 7276879866 pe karo
