about the contest game which i have played 3 months earlier and for that they deducted money for my account

i am suruchi sinha from ranchi. i have played a contest called samsung galaxy tab 750 from 100bestbuy.com and for this they have charged 399 rs from my account. and ensured me that winners of this contest will be declared on next month first week. but till now there is no announcement for that n they also mentioned in ther site that your 100% money will be refunded if you r not the winner . i am a student and that much money is very important thing for me.so i request you to do something and please refund my money.
