I took Furniture on rent from Chandan Furniture company situated at Kidvai Road, Kolkata. He claimed to give Mattress of Raxin
(orally) furniture and asked for advance. We gave him advance and asked for reciept, he signed a paper(un-printed)to us. Now, he supplied a mattress of coir , that too 3 days after actual delivery date.
Can you help me in anyways.
