This is Vaibhavi Sawant, stays in Maharastra, Tal-Chiplun, Dist-Ratnagiri. I had taken Jumbo Jr. cooler on 31st March 2012 and its stopped working on 15th may 2012, so we complained to nearest dealer. He gave one contact number from Kolhapur. We contacted him but no use. Its been one month but nobody responded us. We called up Ahmedabad office and finally we got one executive’s number Mr Praful Shinde and his mob. no. is 9370440665. Since two weeks this fellow is promising us that he will come but till date he hasn’t come. Today also i tried calling him ten times but he didn’t pick up my call. I am really fed up with this company people and I want to complaint regarding this. This is really rediculous. The company has given 1 year warranty and now nobody is giving service. So this is my request to you that please do something very urgently. My mob no. is 9373827506.
