About not giving me a applied benefit

Myself Veeresh(son of the user) using Idea service with the number 9844635804 since many years. Sometimes i’ll be misled by your customer care executive only. But today, on 29-05-2013, i’ve hot a message from company that i’ll get benefit of 500 MB 2G of data usage for 14 days if i got recharged me 26 rupees. I hot myself activated this pack now, night 11:20 p.m.. But i didn’t get the benefit as it was in SMS. I got only 170 MB of data usage for 7 days. So please take concern about this and i must want justice. Thank you.
