About Nokia 5130 Warenty

Dear sir i purchased a Nokia 5130 on 24 June 2011.After 9 month i go Nokia Care to solve the mobile problem. Then they tell me this handset warenty end on 07 Feb. then i contact Nokia care in delhi but they cannot give me solution so sir i request you that take hard step that in the future nokia opend his eyes.
