I am a student and living in Raman Mandi. Nearly 1 year ago after completing my 12th. I went to Sviet college with a view to taking an admission in btech mechainical and I gave them 5500rupees for registration and gave my orignal 12th certificate but due to some family problem. I could not attend even a single class. so I gave this information to my college but when I went to take my document back. They said that you have spoiled our 1 admission and if you want to back your orignal documents you will have to pay 1lakh 30 thousand rupees. from that time I have gone nearly 4 to 5 times with my father but they do not listen to us and this college is far away from my hometown and now I have completed requirement in Ielts and now I want to go abroad for study therefore 12th cerificate is highly imperative for me. please help me .
