Dear sir,
i had purchase,led monitor on 31/3/2012.
but after i had put it into my home at that time i was not using that led.
but after few month later when i use it then i got it was not working properly and i had call to customer care for solve out my problem. after that there representative had came to my home and he checked and told me company solve your problem after few days or take some time for this.after no body had come and i called 1st time at 7/1/2013 after went their executive they cannot give attention on this matter. after that i had been regular call at consumer care but their is no action to be taken by company.
please give attention to my complain n solve out my problem.
