Rate (Hisar) since 12/2008 with regular deposit of EPF @ 13.61% with the Firm, the contract has been finished dt. 31.07.2011. i have already send the EPF withdrawn Form to my Contractor (Priya Electronics) but there is no any satisfied reply from his end.
