My BTC ticket no: BTC66996
No information regarding to my goodies (lenovo gifts).
I had paid amount in the month of june.Almost 50 days completed still I didn’t got any information about my goodies.I called to care, they said that already dispatched but I didn’t got any information from Lenovo or from courier service,even I called to the courier service they are asking tracking number and with out that they can’t give.So I called to the care and asked for tracking number,then they said “still we didn’t got” .I was shocked, what is this? U people already sent the goodies but how is it possible for not knowing the tracing number.So kindly solve this and send the tracking number to my mail([email protected]).I hope u will solve the problem and make the lenovo utmost….
