abnormal internet charges

No Internet Activation was there in Account at the time of below said issue)

On 25/5/2013 around 8pm I called to customer care to get help on to activate internet TRAIL Pack(from Vodafone) 500MB For Rs.25 for 7days.He said me Send TRI 2G to 111 within 4hours(1min to 4hrs) it will be activated then internet settings will send you through sms after activation just save them and start browsing like that care executive said.
According to care executive I followed within 25 to 30min.I got internet settings and saved them. Started browsing first day after activation I browsed around 50 to 60MB. I used(267.8MB)it for 4 days from the date of activation in bill also they clearly mentioned usage date total 4days from the date of avtivation.But when Bill Generated they charged Rs.1024 for internet usage. Even though I used it under trial Pack(Pack was activated on 25/5/2013 as per their care executive).Later I asked about this charges but they are saying is that is the bill you pay it like that.Later I asked about cancellation of the connection but they are not guidind me to cancel the connection
