Abnormal billing and not responding to repeated complaints

I would like to bring to your kind information that I am very unsatisfied with the service from Vodafone. They are not taking any action after repeated complaints.

On June 30th I received an sms from Vodafone about an offer 500MB 3G data at only Rs.150/month. I immediately got in touch with an agent again through Vodafone online chat and asked him to change my current plan (300MB 3G data @Rs.100/month) to the new offer proposed by Vodafone i.e. 500MB 3G data at only Rs.150/month. I asked him to make it effective from 1/7/14(new bill period).He said he has done the changes it will get reflected within the next 4 hours.

Then on July 8th I got an sms from Vodafone stating that I have crossed the average monthly usage. I was shocked to see such an sms. I contacted the Vodafone Customer Care through Vodafone Online chat and I asked the agent to explain it, he told me that I don’t have any data pack plan active.

I mean am I crazy that I will deactivate my data pack and still use internet at a regular basis that also from the very beginning of the month.

Vodafone’s agent did not process my request correctly am I liable to pay for that? If that is the case I would really give up my Vodafone Connection and I am not going to pay for anyone else’s mistake.

I asked Vodafone to check my previous data pack usage records, how can I ask to deactivate my plan. Please look into the matter and do the needful. This is my complain number 1548928900.

And i requested to kindly activate my requested data pack with immediate effect because I need to use internet on the go.

They didn’t take any action on this complaint. I kept calling and registering my complaint. the latest complaint number is 1568531360 on August 15th. I have continuously mailed Vodafinecorporate desk from 8th of July but till date they have not provided any resolution and replied to my mails ignoring my complaint.

I asked them to verify the chat details which i had with their agent on the 30th June approx 10:30 pm and then respond to my complaint but they never did that.

Every day i am getting a call or sms that i have crossed my credit limit and blah blah but no action has been taken on my complaint.

My bill due date is on 19th Aug and they have sent me a bill of Rs.2150.93. Whereas my average bill always stays between Rs. 350 – Rs. 450. If i don’t make the payments by 19th they will charge me for lte fee as well.
