Not able to recharg my Aircel number

I have purchased a aircel simno.9782739262 on sunday and it activated on Tuesday but since then I have tried all amounts recharge on this number but could not succeeded then I have complaint on their website but no response from then I tried their Jaipur appellate Authority Mr.Suri but he did not pick the phone.
I don’t understand what kind of this company which neither give services to customer nor solve their grievances.
