aAkash Datawind Tablet not delivered as they promised within 72 hours.

Hi,

I ordered/booked Aaksh tablet on Sun, Dec 18, 2011 at 3:04 PM with booking ID#PM7C3AEF7E75 then PM6C684106FA for ubislate 7+ on 9 April and finally PM8B276D3D26 on 6 July 2012.
I didn’t receive any shipment notification till 11-12 months. All of sudden, I received an email on 25 oct as I copy-pasted below. But I still didn’t received my tablet and they are not replying anything on my email.

Please do the needful. This is height of their negligence. Why did they promised if they can not deliver this tablet.

Please do the needful. I would be very thankful to you if you could assist in resolution of this case.

Sir,

Since a long time, I am waiting for this Tab. Now I got a response on
25th october from your side which promised to deliver tab within 72
hours of confirmation.
However, I am still waiting for a delivery date or airway bill number.

Requested you to please expedite delivery date and revert me with any
positive reply.
