Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been running from last one year for my aadhar card linkage with my bank Axis Bank Limited. I have submitted the copy of Aadhar card along with copy of LPG connection. To my surprise nothing has done, whenever I tried to write a mail to customer care , my mail was rejected stating that my email is not registered with the bank, but I am getting my monthly e-statement at the same email id, even some promotional offers are also being sent to this email id.
Finally, I booked a complain to there customer care and they provided me a number where I can send sms with aadhar number.
I received a message that Axis bank will contact you soon but again I am surprised one month has already passed and nothing has happened.
Please note that I am not getting subsidy on LPG because of irresponsible behaviour of this bank.
