I AM UNABLE TO VIEW MY MOST RECENT DATA USAGE DETAILS.BEFORE IT WAS EASIER TO VIEW THE DATA USAGE DETAILS EVERYDAY. BUT NOW SICE YOUR WEBSITE USER INTERFACE HAS BEEN CHANGED. I AM UNABLE TO GET THE DETAILS OF MY MOST RECENT DATA USAGE. MY LANDLINE NUMBER IS 044-28193631. SND SOMETIMES MY LANDLINE BILL IS NOT DELIVERED AT MY HOUSE. PLEASE REPORT THIS ISSUE. THERE IS A ONE PERCENT DISCOUNT IN THE BILL AMOUNT IF WE PAY THE BILL ONLINE. I HAVE PAID Rs.4499/- ANNUALLY MODE NLINE AND HAVE ALSO PAID OTHER MONTHLY BILLS. BUT I HAVE NOT GET ANY DISCOUNT IN THE BILL AMOUNT. AND PLEASE INTIMATE ME HOW MUCH DISCOUNT? I HAVE GOT FROM MY PREVIOIUS BILLS WHICH I HAVE PAID ONLINE.
