A third class service by Airtel $G LTE

I am living in Bangalore and Airtel launched its 4G here first. I got 4G USB modem 3 months back and since then suffering. They said its 5 times faster than 3G but I have experienced a merely 2G and less than 2G mostly. First month it was like 130-200 kbps and afterwards it started decreasing. This month I am getting 5-50 kbps. Now how is that 4G. Even 2G connection is better than this.

I had complained once and the technical guy from Airtel came to check the signal strength and concluded that signal is very weak and they will put a booster in the area to compensate. Its been 2 month since then and I don’t think booster was established.

Now either I get the internet speed or I need full refund of the Rs. 1500 USB modem.

  3. airtel 2g network third class service in assam..open network thats means 3 rd class network…always loss customer time and money….
