I have bought Voltas Vertis Silver 3S 1.50 Ton split AC serial no. 451338A12D007507 on 23 May 2012 in the name: Ejaz Ahmed, Metiaburz (P.S), Kolkata, cell no.9331087261. Starting from Oct 2012 I have AC cooling problem, in this regard contacted your Kolkata service centre name: Climate Control Technology, at Chetla, Kolkata-27. Their technician visited 05 times under warranty period and in every visit they either wrote the defects found on inspection as gas leak or other problem on the job sheet but didn’t resolve the problem and just charged the gas. They are only waiting for the warranty to be expired. Now on 03/08/2013 again I complained the same i.e. AC is dead for that they visited on 06/08/2013 and explained that the problem was not understand by them so they want to take away the outdoor and indoor product to their service centre that is Climate Control Technology at Kolkata. They did the same on 16/08/2013 lately. Their service seems to be very poor and now they planning to book the service amount which is very bad for the Voltas company Goodwill. I bought this product only by seeing the name A TATA Enterprise product and I believe on TATA but the service and product I got make me unhappy. I request your higher authority to do the need full in my favour and accept the matter seriously as early possible,
