I have purchased Voltas Ac Gold , on 22-4-2013 . Bill no V.No : 72-DLJ04-13SDN 1053 . Which is now not working any more? Though i have followed up with customer care for the problem . First complaint was done on 30th May 2013 for which the complain no is 13MY2606492 , then no response is received . Again on 31st May we have done complain ( no is 13MY3010070 ) Atlast Response is received and technician came and without understanding the problem . they just put the Gas in the A.C and gone back . Since the problem was not rectified We called that technician again and again ,but no response is received . Finally after waiting for 7 days . We again done the complain on 7th june 2013 . for which the complaint no 13MY2606492 . But when ever we called Mr Rashid whose cell no (9711767559) says coming in one hour but did not came till date . today even he started shouting on phone . saying he will come at his own convince . though we can write complain to anybody or even can go to the consumer court . As he was so confidence that no body from company will take any action against him . But I have full faith on my country courts and their justice .
