It is to inform u that I took a delivery of my car Wagon R LXI Model number UK07AD 5779 from D.D.Motors, Dehradun on March 18,2010.From the date of delivery the A.C. of my car is not working/functioning satisfactorily. I visited the authorised dealer at Dehradun so many times not less than 4 times, also at the time of service of my car,I have lodged this complaint to the dealer but till date no action has been taken by them.Now I therefore, request you to take action for the rectification of A.C. of my car failing immediately which I will be forced to approach the consumer forum.
