I have a recharged my IDEA mobile on “6-Aug-2012” at 11.06 with 211. Less Amount was credited to my account is 87.79. I tried to take help from customer care regarding less amount credited.
They are saying there is no offer with 211, and you will not get your amount back. I just asked them, if there is no such type of offer, you should not deduct my amount. You can reject my recharge request. They said if you need any information on this, please talk to my executive. I said ok, they are tried to transferd the call it was disconnected. same was happend twice
I have done my recharge through net banking. Please help on this, If they don’t have such type of offers they should inform to the customers with out deducting the amount.
