Huge Amount is charged to the customer for its different plan

Its one of the telecom company,which is sucking huge amount of money from its customer.For its different price plan and rate plan the price is mentioned different in its website and advertize,but actually those are not really happens.Ex: In the website it has mentioned that one of its tarrif plan of Rs.72-, which is valid for 3month with a talktime of Rs.25/-,but actually the customers are not getting the talktime.

For customer perspective what ever is there in the website or online recharge site should be sync with the actual one.
