Dear sir/Madam.
I have subscribed to a personalised membership of bharatmatrimony.com 3 months ago. Whereby under service of Privilege matrimony we were promised about follow up of profiles and contacting of profiles through bharatmatrimony staff.
In the due course of 3 months have found the service very bad and too much lie because of the following reason
1) Profiles that were sent were incomplete for e.g. WITHOUT PHOTO, WITHOUT FAMILY BACKGROUND.
2) Many of the profiles sent to us were not according to the preferences set by us.
3) Every time to know the status of the follow up we have to take an initiative and not the staff of matrimony site.
Dont know about any refund from them. But this is the complaint am lodging because i feel that these sites simply play with the emotions of people. I have paid 16k for this service and found that during the time of personal meet related to service the claims are really exagerated and sold to us.
