ISD call opened without permission and make fake call payment

Location/place: Lucknow Gomti Nagar

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I (Anand Kumar Dubey) am very much disappointed to see the service response of vodafone team.

My Father Mr. K D Dubey is using vodafone connection 9839061495 from past 8 years and always paid all bills right on time even before time almost. He never used ISD calls.

My father never ever given permission to open ISD call services of this number than how come a ISD call can connect.

Now a fake call payment made by vodafone of 2300 rs.

As a customer he is not going to pay for that call which he didn’t.

So please help us for this issue.

    We wish to assure you that we do not bill you for the usage that is not made on your SIM Card. We have investigated into your concern and found the charges to be valid and accurate. Thus, we regret to inform that we will not be able to reverse the charges.
