I AM A CUSTOMER OF RELIANCE NETCONNECT. I HAVE TAKEN THIS CONNECTION BEARING NO. 9387470154 UNDER VOICE PLAN HSD_DATA AND RELIANCE NETCONNECT PLAN NCPLUS5GB3MADV1000 FROM ERNAKULAM ON 08 MAY 12. I HAVE TAKEN THIS CONNECTION UNDER ADVANCE PAID PLAN IN WHICH THE COMPANY IS OFFERING INITIAL 5GB DATA AT A SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS. BUT, NOW I AM GETTING A SPEED OF LESS THAN 100 KBPS MOST OF THE TIME. THE SPEED OF THE CONNECTION IN A DAY AT VARIOUS TIMES IS ATTACHED HEREWITH. SINCE, I AM WORKING IN A DEFENCE ESTABLISHMENT AND HAVE LITTLE TIME TO RUN BEHIND THESE ISSUES, IT IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST TO YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS A SERIOUS ISSUE OF CHEATING. I HAVE COMPLAINED ABOUT THIS TO THE CUSTOMER CARE TWICE SINCE I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM FROM THE BEGINNING. I FURTHER REQUEST YOU TO INITIATE NECESSARY STEPS FOR MAKING A PAY BACK OPTION SINCE I AM GETTING THE NETWORK AT A MERE SPEED ONLY. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS ALSO. THE COMPANY IS TAKING IT AS GRANTED IF NOBODY COMPLAINS. IT WILL BE VERY EMBRASSING IF I AM CHARGED MORE THAN RS. 100 PER MONTH FOR THIS SLOW SPEED. I FURTHER REQUEST YOU TO MAKE THE COMPANY RETURN BACK THE MONEY COLLECTED FROM ME AS ADVANCE. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS IN PUBLIC GREVIANCE PORTAL VIDE DOTEL/E/2012/13351 ON 23 JUL 12. THE COMPANY’S RESPONSE IS ALSO VERY BAD. I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AS A SERIOUS ISSUE.THE MATTER REGARDING MY COMPLAINT WAS TAKEN UP WITH RELIANCE ALSO. THEY ASSURED ME TO CALL ON 28 JUL 12. BUT, THE MATTER IS NOT YET RESOLVED ALSO. EVEN TODAY ALSO, I’M GETTING A SPEED OF 55 TO 130 KBPS, WHICH IS MUCH LESS COMPARED TO THE OFFERED SPEED OF 3.1 MBPS. THE RELIANCE CARE EXECUTIVE CALLED ME UP FOR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM REGARDING THE SLOW SPEED. HE ADVISED ME TO RE INSTALL NETCONNECT AND I DID THE SAME. WHEN I CHECKED THE SPEED AT THAT MOMENT, IT WAS SHOWING AS A WHOPPING 5.5 MBPS, WHICH IS ALMOST NOT POSSIBLE IN MY MODE OF USAGE. SOON AFTER I DISCONNECTED THE PHONE, AGAIN THE SPEED DROPPED TO 45 TO 140 KBPS. I AGAIN COMPLAINED REGARDING THE SAME. MY COMPLAINT NO. 184108706 REFERS. MY PROBLEM IS AGAIN NOT SORTED OUT. I’M ACTUALLY FED UP WITH THIS SYSTEM. AS I’VE LITTLE TIME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, I BEG U TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD. I HAVE REQUESTED FOR ONE MONTH USAGE OF RELIANCE NETCONNECT FREE OF COST AS COMPENSATION FOR THE SLOW SPEED. THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE INTIMATED TO GET BACK TO ME. BUT I DIDN’T GET ANY RESPONSE TILL DATE. IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED THAT THE MATTER BE RESOLVED AT AN EARLY DATE.
