I had ordered a Mobile – G1 HTC, from REDIFF. when i got the product it was defective. I informed REDIFF customer care about the order. They asked to send the product back and promised to send a Replacement Mobile. But From last 45 days i have not heard any thing from them. They are not replying my mails also not picking my call.
Kindly suggest how i would get my money back. The amount was 5614 rs.
