We installed Video Door Lock System at our home on 11th June 2012. The same was out of order on 30th July 2012 and complaint lodged on 31st July 2012 via Eureka Forbes Help Line 3988 3333. Compaint number is 87377320. The instrument is under 1 yr free warranty period.
But no body turned up till date 4th Aug. 2012 12-00 AM.
