Service is not provided as it is under warranty period

Location/place: 26, Panpara First Lane, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700123

I am resident of Kolkata, Barrackpore, bought an online aquasure (model crystal) from aquaguard, 7 months ago.
From 30.07.12 morning it was not working (no water discharge).It is under warranty period.
I complained that day to customer care of Eureka Forbes & got a complain no. 87368618.
After some time technical service personnel attained my house & said the main board of
water purifier to be changed.
On 01.08.12 I personally called the technical man in his personal mobile to know the status.
He informed me that he is coming to change. But whole day gone, no change was done.
Then on 02.08.12, I again call the customer care of Eureka Forbes and told the story against
complain no. 87368618. They told, they will contact the technical man to change the board at urgent
basis. But sill now it is as it was.
