Delayed and Erratic Broadband Service

Sir,

My BSNL Landline Phone no is 01722572372. I had applied for Broadband on 14th July and got a very delayed response after 15 days.
After that also, the internet is not working at all. We have checked all the other factors like Modem, Telephone and Computers. Everything is fine except that Broadband link is not working. We have filed complaint numerous times but the Customer Care executive always say that the complaint cannot be filed multiple times even if there is no action on the compliant.

We are fed up of the service and would like to switch from BSNL to another service provider. This is the last chance where we are writing on a consumer forum. Please help if you can.
