fee refund

sir,
I qualified the GDPI process conducted by NIILM-Centre of management studies and submitted the first installment of fees i.e 50000/- only for admission in PGDM. but due to certain reason i didn’t take admission in that institute and applied for fee refund. now they are not refunding my fee. as per the AICTE rule i am eligible to get 49000/-. so please help and try to solve this matter as soon as possible.
