Why should a customer bear the ICICI fault?? 6 months back my icici true vale card upgraded to Platinum card ending in XXX7000. On Platinum card, Icici bank takes 5% of the minimum amount on monthly basis, however due to not updating of your records from true value to Platinum i am forced to pay 15% that is not at all feasible for me to take out every month. When i asked you supervisor, Shekh Ismail ext.4379, he asked for few days time and after a week of my frustration and calls…he returned the call with no solution….My next month’s payment is due on 6th august 2012 and minimum amount due is Rs6030 as per 15% calculation….Why should i pay this amount when i am not willing to or why should i bear icici bank mistake for not updating the records from 15% to 5% minimum amount calculation that is hampering the customer a lot…
NOTE: I am not going to pay 15% of the total amount as min payment.
