I was a victim of Extremely bad service in Sports Line Domlur. The representative there sold me a damaged Yonex racket as i was new to buying rackets. And when i went for an exchange less than 24 hours from the purchase time, the representative there refused for an exchange and spoke very rudely to me. He was demanding me to do anything i can and he wont excnhage the goods. He also refused to fix the damage with the original parts. He finally charged me an additional 280 rupees to fix the damage with the original parts. I am extremely dissapointed with the service. I choose Sports Line because its an established and trusted enterprise. But i was cheated.
