Non delivery of goods

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Angel Technologies ,International Dispatch Center, Sai Ge Technology Park,North Huaqiang Road, Futian District,Shenzhen,China

I have booked Angel Pad online and made payment of $40/- through credit card on 28th May 2012 & got the payment confirmation mail from paypal. Then recd. confirmation mail on 7th Jun. for delivery of goods has been done & expected time is within 9-11 days. But even after 2 months of booking there is no any response from their side expect auto responded mail after giving 5 reminders.
