Poor Service and Unwanted Charges

Location/place: Greater Noida

Name of company/service: Aircel Cellular Ltd.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Vishal Arora and My aircel no. is 9716852587.

My complain is that i always recharge my no. with 129 rupees. As per company The dialer tune will be free for 30 days. Last month aircel stopped this service on my no. without my permission.

I got no positive response from Customer care. Then i wrote a mail to customer care.
Then they apologize to me and reactivate my dialer tune again. I have all the mails communication proofs.

But now after 30 days i got a sms from aircel side that 30 rupees will be deducted for this service. While this service should be free for me. I always recharge before due date. But they are not accept their faults.

Please help me.
