There was cooling problem in my fridge. The complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. 1800209511)on 3 -JULY -2012 and the call no D0307444002, CSN NO-453 . In spite of several phone calls nobody has turn up to rectify the fault .GODREJ MAKES FALSE PROMISES TO SEND THERE TECHNICIAN WITHIN 24 HOURS. WHICH DOESNT HAPPENED . Since then I am waiting for the Godrej technician to come. and today is -28 JULY-2012 .Then why you want to sell ur product if you dont have proper network service .NOR UR PRODUCT IS DURABLE OR UR SERVICE .IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PROPER SERVICE NETWORK THEN WHY YOU SALE REFRIDGERATOR I THINK I WILL BE BETTER TO STOP MANUFACTURING UR PRODUCTS . WHAT ALL UR TECHNICIANS ARE SLEEPING ???????????????
NOW IN SUMMER FRIDGE IS ONE OF IMPORTENT THING BUT U GODREJ PEOPLE …………………..
I DONT KNOW WHY YOU HAVE OPENED THAT CALL CENTER WHEN U DONT RESPOND.
FOR EVERY 6 MONTH UR GODREJ NEED A SERVICE .VERY VERY VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.
