The service that samsung care provided me was a total loss. It caused me a total wastage of my time and also has been causing wastage of my that i have paid for the service. actually 2 weeks before my mobile was damaged due to water . I went to the service care and asked them whts the problem ? They said that there is a liquid damage and warranty will not be provided for the further service> I accepted my fault and paid them the amount for service but instead of that my mobile has been switched off 10 times and i went to samsung care 4-5 times > They now are asking mee to change the board oif my mobile which may cost 2500 – 3000 rupees. my mobiles model is SamsungWave Y 5380.
