BROADBAND PROBLEM

Dear sir

This is Sapan Srivastava from Gurgaon and I am trying to seek some help after getting disgusting support from airtel.

I am having the internet connetion from airtel with fixdline no 01244015487 and I am making continiuos complaints from 28th may 12 , I was informed that the person will arrive to me on 1st july, I got a call from one person that he will come and resolve the problem but he did not arrived,

I made a complaint again on 2nd july but nothing happened,

I went on overseas trip so I could not take it further, but there were people there to attend them at home,

Again I made a complaint on 23rd july and it was said that some one will come and resolve the problem, but no one arrived, again I made a complait on 24th july again no one came.
Again I called on 25th july and spoke to mr Gaurav in Bhopal call centre and he told me that modem and wifi given by airel is the property of coutmer so air tel can not help and I need to visit some technician in market to resolve the problem,

He said that some one will arrive to my place on 26th by 11 am but till now no one arrived,

I call this shameful act from airtel as no one is even bothered about the after service.
