100% placement or 50% Fees Back

Name of company/service: Avalon Aviation Academy Pvt Ltd.

Sir,
My daughter had got admitted in Avalon Aviation Academy Pvt Ltd. In Pune Branch for Diploma in Professional Cabin Crew Services on 13 May 2008. I had paid Rs 1,01,476/- to them at that time (all receipts are available with me). The promised (in written) that after successfully completion of the course they will place my daughter within one year otherwise they will return 50% fees back. But till now they have not place my daughter nor return 50% fees.
In view of the above, may I request you to help me to get return 50% fees back, because I am a retired Army person.
