Dear Sir,
My name is Amit Patel from Suart. I have taken the Indain Health Organisation Membership card of all my family members including my self, my wife, my father and my mother by online payment dt.16/06/2012. Rs.7500/-. And this is really happen with me.read this e-mail forward to Indian Health Organisation.
I want to say that on 16th June 2012, I received a call from Indian Health Organization adviser, who briefed me about the company and a scheme as per which one would get hospitalization expenses and treatment for any small/Big treatment free of cost. He/She even mentioned that whatever the hospitalization/ medical / diagnostic center costs of all the health checkup’s would be made available free of cost by the company and that too for 2 years without paying a single penny. Furthermore he/she said that the Membership card could be used ¬¬within 48hrs of registration as IHO member and a mail will be send regarding the same. Till this date, I have not received any such mail on my e-mail id. Same day I received IHO welcome call that clarified my doubts and inform me regarding all the treatment / diagnostic test on which, I would get discount, here I realized that whatever adviser had said was wrong. I even called the helpline ID for continuous 1 month but could not get e-card mail and welcome pack till this date. The name of your adviser is Mukesh/Monika & Manish. Your adviser give me cell no : 098737 69269. I call this cell no but, the cell no is continue swith off. This all is a clear indicator of the fact that IHO adviser misguides the general public so as to full fill his/her company targets. That is really shameful for the company on business as well as moral grounds. Due to all this I have lost my trust on your company and I do not want to continue with the scheme with your company. All this experience has been very bad and I have been through mental torture because of you. If you will not cancel my registration and refund all the membership fees. i.e.7500/- ( Rupees Seven thousand Five Hundred Only ). I would register a court case againstyou in Consumer Court. Take this as last warning or else be prepared for a court case. Take action in this mater immediately. This mail sent to email id is [email protected] Dt.23/07/2012.
