Dear sir,
Please let me know the address of your office in Kolkata, where I will represent my grievances.
I had taken the simcard for use in USA for the period – 11th. May’2012 to 10th.June’2012.
On my return, I duly informed your Mr.Tuhin Bose ( mobile No.9874812216).
After several reminders . the Simcard was collected from me in June’2012 itself, against official receipt.
I was promised that I will have to pay only Rs.1500/- for the period of my requested usage.
I used the sim to the least.
If I am overcharged and if this bill is realised from my credit card, I will be forced to move the consumer court and claim compensation.
So, please examine the whole issue carefully and send me your reply urgently.
