I am a subscriber of the postpaid connection of Idea cellular company Ltd. Jaipur, & I took a postpaid connection on dated 16.05.2012 on relying the proposals offered by the company. But I am not satisfied to his postpaid service of Idea company. Now I want to migrate my postpaid connection into prepaid but the company has refused to migrate the connection from postpaid to prepaid. This act of the company is against the law. Kindly necessary instructions be issued to the company to migrate my connection from postpaid to prepaid I shall we highly obliged.
