I would like to draw your kind attention towards short comings of above store:-
1. The store does not have/ keep any weighing machine including electronic one for weight of any item. While you (Govt.) are giving advertisements in TVs that Electronic weighing machine is must in each store as per the Law.
2. The store does not keep products of other brands which they are manufacturing like butter etc. etc., it attracts Competition Act too.
3. They are keeping some items of single brand only like salt etc. to gain maximum profit, it also violate Competition Act. apart your Act.
You are requested to please take appropriate action in the matter under intimation to me.
