Hi I have Bought a Hitachi window AC from Royal Mobile on 1st may 2012. And it was installed in my residence on same day. But from very first day it was not cooling. I put up a complain in hitachi (Complain no 12071600229)on 16 july 2012. And they said it will take 48 hours to do the correction but today is 24th July 2012 no one has visited even though i have called them up every single day since 16th July.
Even i have spoke to high authority of hitachi call Mr. Prakash (09312188040) who work as Service Manger of Delhi but not solution has been provided to me. Just don’t know what to do in this please help in resolving this matter. I am in big trouble due to highly irresponsible behavior of Hitachi India.
