Cutting my balance

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: VodafoneIn

They have constantly been cutting money from my account for no reason. Over all they have cut around Rs 80. 10-20 paisa keep vanishing every 2 mins. Also my balance has been reduced to Rs 0 twice and because of that i can’t enjoy Internet Services. I have already paid for my Internet Service then i don’t see any reason for them to cut my money. I called up Customer Care 7 times and went to the Customer Care Centre four times. All they have to say is ‘We don’t know.’ And now today they have blocked my outgoing calls and messages. And when i call 141 to check my balance they say i am not a valid Vodafone prepaid subscriber.

    I have recharge my mobile & its got cut my balance automatically? can you please solve my problem as soon as possible.
