I had booked one ticket for my son:KG Shivaprasad to travel from Ernakulam to coimbatore,Ticket No:TE8K53462655,PNR No:N1APJYW93328829-55,Seat no:15,boarding from Kalamasery Date:23/7/2012 at 0015 hrs.We were contacting the company at their mobile numbers but none were picking up phones.We arrived at the Stop in time and the bus came at 0030 hrs and stopped in front of us .We showed our mobile and paper tickets,but they refused to get my son into the bus and abused us also.They had allotted our seat to somebody.He had no other choice to make alternate attempts at the midnight.It was also heavily raining.He was to have gone to office next day at 900am,but could not.I present my grievance before you seeking justice and adequate compensation for the money,I lost and mental agony suffered
