Damage of scooty during its servicing

Location/place: Jaipur

Name of company/service: Hero Honda service center,Shubahm Motors,Jaipur

I handed over my sccoty for servicing on 23jul 2012 at Shubham Automobile service center,sahkar marg,jaipur.
At the delivery time when i reached over here i found my scooty badly scrached and it has been used for there personal use (as the KM mentiond in job card was 3 Kms less).
the workers are not a bit co-operating and not giving any positive response.
kindly help me in getting some judgement.
